Your data stays yours
Every record belongs to one business and the database itself enforces that, not just the app. One customer can never see another customer's locations, reviews or customer lists.
Connections are encrypted
The keys that let us read your Google reviews are encrypted before they are stored and are never sent to your browser.
Role-based access
Owners, admins and managers each see only what they need. Managers are limited to the locations they are assigned to.
Private customer links
Review links are random, single-purpose and reveal nothing about your business or your customer if someone guesses one.
Permanent activity log
Important actions, such as inviting a team member or archiving a location, are recorded and cannot be edited or deleted afterwards.
Respecting your customers
Unsubscribes, text message opt-outs and suppression lists are checked every time, including at the moment a message is sent.
