- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
- What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?
- Sending pauses rather than charging you a surprise amount. You can add a pack of extra credits or move up a plan, and your allowance resets on your billing date each month.
- Do extra credits expire?
- No. Add-on packs never expire and are only used once your monthly plan allowance has run out.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, you can move up or down at any time and the price is adjusted for the time remaining. If you move to a plan with fewer locations, the extra locations are archived rather than deleted, so their reviews and history stay safe.
- How does pricing work for more than one location?
- Starter covers one location. With two or more, Multi-location is $15 per location a month ($144 a year on yearly billing), and every location adds its own review requests and text messages. You can add or remove locations at any time.
